About Your Full Clinical Assessment

If there is not a NURA Brain Center clinic near you, we will FedEx you the DX-200 clinical goggles for online testing. A NURA coach will conduct the test over a 30 minute period and deliver the results to you shortly after. You will then return the goggles to the shipping case and FedEx will pick it up from your home within 24 hours
